Nikki Hunter
We are delighted to welcome Nikki Hunter as Managing Director of PFK Rural Limited.
Nikki brings more than 25 years' experience across the rural sector, with particular expertise in strategic land, diversification and planning. Her appointment strengthens PFK Rural's existing expertise and reflects the firm's continued commitment to supporting rural businesses, landowners and communities as the sector evolves.
Commenting on her appointment, Nikki said:

Nathaniel Walton
Nathaniel joined us in early July as an Associate Director and is an experienced RICS Rural Surveyor and Registered Valuer having worked within Cumbria and Scotland for a number of years. Alongside managing several large estates Nathaniel specialises in renewables, telecoms and valuations of all types of property. Nathaniel gained his degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams and obtained membership of the RICS in 2024
Abigail Wass
Having graduated from Harper Adams University with a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management, Abi began her career with PFK in 2018. After gaining valuable experience across Cumbria's rural property sector, she has now returned to rejoin the PFK Rural team. Abi is involved in the management of rural estates and property portfolios and enjoys working closely with landowners, tenants and professional advisers. She undertakes a wide range of rural professional work, including estate management, landlord and tenant matters, and property advice. Abi also brings experience in sales, rural development, and renewable energy projects.
Rachel Atkinson
Rachel joined PFK Rural in the spring and is now starting her fourth year studying Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University through the apprenticeship course. Alongside her degree, Rachel is also working towards her RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), to become a fully qualified member of the RICS. Rachel is involved across all areas of the business and has gained experience in a wide range of work including Government grant applications, dealing with property sales, and all aspects of mapping work.
Rachel Suddes
We have very recently been joined by Rachel Suddes, who having passed her A Levels with flying colours has just embarked on her journey to become a qualified Chartered surveyor by enrolling on the apprenticeship Rural Enterprise and Land Management course at Harper Adams University and alongside her Uni studies will be working with all members of the team on all matters rural.
These exciting additions to the team join the existing staff of Chief Executive Officer Andrew Green who, alongside running PFK Plc specialises in Residential and Commercial valuations and all things building related and Jo Edwards, Director of PFK Rural who has been with the company over 20 years and spends a lot of her time dealing with valuations, sales, all types of Government grant schemes, together with all things common land related.
